Unity / Neos / VR Chat developer (part-time, on-site or remote)

We are looking for a developer who is experienced in Unity and VRChat development, specifically with experience in optimizing for Quest/mobile VR-performance.

Online and Social Media manager (internship)

Key project: develop a better online presence for WeMakeVR

Project description: communication for Immersive projects is quite different from more traditional media. A key reason for this is that a lot of people do not know what VR, AR, XR and similar terms really mean. Without this context, writing and creating visual content for social media requires a different approach. Your key task is finding the right textual and visual language, creating content based on that, and publishing that on various social media.

Product marketing & sales internship

Key project: develop and implement a sales strategy for a new multiplayer VR game

Assistant producer/project-manager (internship)

Key project: During 2023 – 2025, we are developing “The Sage of Sage”; a MetaVerse project combining art, music, gaming, storytelling and live performances. Your main tasks will be assisting with planning, production, supplier agreements, budget management, etc. for this project, but you’ll also get to work on similar tasks for other ongoing productions.

VR Hosts (freelance)

On a regular basis, WeMakeVR hosts VR events, demos and multiplayer games. For these events we are always looking for new, enthusiastic students to join our pool of VR hosts on a freelance basis.

What we are looking for:

VR Hosts: People with good social skills, and a bit of technical affinity who can help people put on and take off the VR-headsets, and provide basic instructions in using various VR experiences.

Your main tasks are to make guests feel safe and at ease, keep an eye on them while they are in VR, and prep VR-headsets for the next guests.

VR experience is preferred. If you have no prior experience, you can attend one of our events as a trainee to see what it entails to be a VR Host. Your people skills are the most important, and you need to be a good problem solver. You speak English, and a speaking bit of Dutch is a plus.
